Daryl Landau
Daryl Landau has been an Accredited Family Mediator (Ontario Association for Family Mediation) since 1997. Daryl helps separating families at a time of difficult transition to reorganize, make decisions, and move forward with their lives. His office is in southwest Toronto.
Daryl is a member of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists (OACCPP). Daryl is also an active member of the ADR Institute of Ontario. He offers divorce coaching, couples counselling, and other services.
His training includes a Master’s degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University (U.S.), another two hundred hours of mediation training, and a one-year certificate program in Brief and Narrative Therapy at the Hincks-Dellcrest Institute.
In addition to family work, he consults extensively to workplaces on conflict resolution, harassment and human rights issues. Daryl also teaches conflict management and mediation courses with Cooperative Solutions and through the University of Waterloo, Conrad Grebel University College.
Donna Wilson

Donna Wilson
Donna has been an Accredited Family Mediator (Ontario Association for Family Mediation) since 2003. She has extensive experience both in private practice mediations as well as court – based mediations. Over the past ten years of practice Donna has mediated many high conflict cases and has earned designations from the Ontario Association of Family Mediators, Family Mediation Canada and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario. Donna is a qualified Child Protection Mediator and Parent Coordinator.
Donna has participated as a coach with Dr. Landau in the Cooperative Solutions Basic and Advanced Family Mediation courses, offered through the University of Waterloo, Conrad Grebel University College. In addition, Donna supervised students in the Dispute Resolution Diploma course offered through York University, Atkinson College.
She has a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto and draws on this knowledge in her mediation work with clients. Donna has taught Parent Education courses for Family Services York Region where she counselled adolescents, adults and couples.
As an active member of the ADR, Donna serves on the Certification Committee, the Education Committee and is a past chair of the Family Section.
NEERAJ GOEL

NEERAJ GOEL
Neeraj Goel practices as a collaborative family lawyer and family mediator. His practice is limited to assisting clients to settle their family law related issues outside of the court process. His practice includes all aspects of family law. He has successfully helped several hundred couples to separate respectfully, as either a lawyer for one of the parties or as a mediator for both parties.
Neeraj completed his interpersonal (basic and advanced) mediation training through St. Stephen’s Community House in 1998 and 2005. He further completed his Level 1 and 2 Collaborative Skills Training in 2005. In 2011, he completed his Family Mediation Skills Training through Co-operative Solutions. He is a member in good standing of Collaborative Practice Toronto and the Ontario Association of Family Mediators.
Neeraj obtained his LL.B from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1998 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2000. Prior to venturing into the world of family law and family mediation in 2005, Neeraj worked as a civil litigator, clinic lawyer and research lawyer.
