This 4 day course counts towards an Advanced Certificate in Conflict Management from Conrad Grebel University College, University of Waterloo.
This course offers a supervised practicum. It begins with an overview of the mediation process and follows a case, from the beginning to settlement, while emphasizing the development of mediation skills and techniques.

- Negotiating a retainer contract:

There will be one coach per 6 participants.
