Objectives
This one day course is for mediators and arbitrators who want the latest changes in the law and practice related to mediation, arbitration and parenting coordination. Evolving case law, interdisciplinary practice trends, typical examples of Family Law custody, support and property issues will be addressed. Guest lecturers and extensive materials will be provided.
This course will complete the 30 hour requirement for Family Law Training for non-lawyers and can be applied to the continuing education requirement for mediators and arbitrators.

5% discount if registration is received with payment 30 days prior to beginning of course, and an additional 5% for those registrants who have taken Family Law Arbitration with Lorne Wolfson and Dr. Barbara Landau.
