As an accompaniment to Family Mediation Cooperative Solutions is now offering arbitration services.  If a couple is not able to resolve all of their parenting arrangements through mediation, we can provide them with an Arbitration Award. 

A “Mediation/Arbitration Contract” would be reviewed and signed by the clients prior to commencing mediation.  An Arbitration Award is equivalent to a court order in terms of enforcement.
